- Yanmar YM2020D Satoh Beaver III Yanmar 1500
Hi guyes
I have owned a YM2020d for about 2 months now. I really like the machine. A friend left his 1500 with me until he can sell it. I have been doing some service to it. Change battery, oil. and clean a few things. Of course after working on something you must test your work. So I hooked up the 4' finishing mower and went to work. The LITTLE tractor has plenty of power and I liked the old poppin johnny sound for a time. I soon remembered why I did not like to run the old two banger. The worst thing though was getting on and off and trying to find some place to put my size 14 boots. I also have a satoh beaver III and though it is smaller in sige it has more foot room then the 1500. When I size my next tractor I will look for foot room Not Hp.
