Aaron,
we find that people often don't get our emails as well, and it usually has to do with filters. Some ISPs just always keep really strong spam filters up (like AOL) and some put them up during periods of high spamming. Some ISPs don't allow specific other ISPs to come in at all, if they have had a recent spat of spam from the ISP, or all too often, APPEARING to have come from the ISP.
Bottom line to all folks...do you really think anyone goes into business with the intention of NOT answering reasonable inqueries? Don't assume your email got through, and don't assume the other guy did not respond. If it's important, pick up the phone or put it in an envelope with a stamp on it. We can sit around thinking a party is simply choosing to not answer us, or we can do something about it.
Most of us who have websites answer mail daily. Sometimes we get behind, but with the exception of a half dozen we've misplaced in the past year or two, everyone gets some response in 48 hours or so. I know Aaron is at least that responsive, maybe more so. If we didn't get your email, or if our response didn't make it through the filters, there is nothing we can do about it. We can't possibly call everyone whose email we answer and don't hear from again.
