Tires YM1610D 8X16 Turf Tires

I'm looking for suggestions/sources for turf tires. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I bought a set of 8X16 rims for the tractor. I'll match the fronts once I get the rears squared away. I've reviewed the archives and found them helpful in calculating rolling circumference. I'd like to hear both good and bad results if you have the time to respond. The tractor has a loader on the front and various attachments for the 3PT. The rice tires are calcium filled that's why I went with another tire set up. Thanks for the help!

I have a 1401 that has 8x16 tires. I found my turf tires at Tucker Tire in Dyersburg TN. I notice from your bio. that you are from mid- Va. You may want to contact them since they are very helpful and may ship them or tell you were you might find them in Va. Mine are Firestone. I doubt that will like turf tires with the loader. I have a 12" turning plow and I have to put chains on the tires to plow. Mud gets in between the threads and there is no traction. The turf tires are great for mowing. Thanks Professor! I bought tires from Tucker Tire last month for my Gravely tractor. I delt with Ewell Tucker Jr. He was very helpful getting me big fat lug tires for my 5665. I'll give them a shout!
