First off.... My purpose is a do it all type machine with maximum convenience. I will mostly be mowing but would like to use a 3PT scoop bucket and definitely a 3PT snowblower and maybe a generator for home electric backup. fwiw
That being said/assumed....
If your intentions were the same as mine, and you had the option to get either the original Yanmar 60" MMM or a Woods 60" MMM attachment what would you get?
It appears to me having the MMM in place makes the tractor a mower and only a mower unless your willing to fool around removing the MMM attachment... correct???
Which are easier to mount/remove? What's involved in doing so? I assume you drop the mower and pull it out from under to the side?
Is there a finished cut quality difference tweenst the two?
It appears the rear 3PT can be used with the Woods as it drives off a PTO pulley arrangement. Is that true and if so can you use the PTO while leaving the PTO pulley in place on the PTO shaft?
Would it be better to just use a 60" 3PT finish mower for ease of removal and ability to quickly hook up/use tiller or snowblower?
