YM2620D Wet Brake drains & fluid?

I am doing my winter maintenance on my tractor now. I noticed that under the housing that covers the wet brakes, there is a drain plug. If I remove this plug will hydraulic fluid drain out or special brake fluid? If it is hydraulic fluid, will the chambers refill from the master tank? Will the chambers self level upon filling? If this not hydraulic fluid, what goes in these chambers and how much?

It is hydraulic fluid & will refill from the rearend.
