What a bummer, I got the old gal steering and driving well, but now it has a leak.
It seems the leak is more prominent when in reverse. The leak appears to be at the interface between the valve body and transmission on the drivers side, (haha) left, low. Directly under my left foot.
I see Hoye and Fredricks both offer gaskets, (TG-2432 and TG2433).
SO..... How hard is it to replace these? Is there a easy way? Can I cut gasket on top and sneak it in? Or perhaps just carefully apply gasket sealer around perimiter?
OR am I on the path to a full split? With all the trimmings...
Any advice? N8
