Newbie to 3pt usage, have a 6 ft rake but can't get it to horizontal or below at full drop. I am using my TC33 to clear debris from 15 acres of tree felling, so lots of limbs etc. in rolling terrain. As tractor drifts up and down low spots, there is a need to push rake below horizontal to remaing ground engaged but the toplink is holding it back. I adjusted it out but seem to be running out of thread. Should I start over again with a longer toplink? I would like to see the rake pitch down in from horizontal about 10 degrees with some 3pt range left to go down, not bottoming out still 15 degrees above horizontal. Am I describing the situation adequately? Any help would be appreciated.
