You don't see much advevrtising from these two companies much nowadays. They were so popular the landscape rake is still called a York rake in many parts of the country. They're still are in business and make some interesting products. Some with hydraulic angle and tilt or swing down blades and scarifiers. Anyone considering a blade, rake or box scraper should look at these products. You can do most things a box scraper can do with gauge wheels. Three tools in one. This is the rake everyone in trying to copy.

Howard was so popular when I bought my Howard Rotavator 25 years ago I don't remember looking at any other brands. It's still in use today after many tine changes. It looks pretty bad from years of use and rust but I still have no trouble getting parts. They have some interesting tillers and features in more sizes still for sale in the US.
