Notice those two holes with nothing in them? My bet is that originally there were more pins that go into those holes that complete the keys. I am certain that the lock would have had more than one tumbler. Possibly the tumblers and pins were changed daily.... those details we will probably never know.

There have been a few MIG jets on there in the past few weeks as well! I guess the soviet's are getting rid of everything!
