After much deliberation about buying a new tractor I finally placed my order for a PT425. The contributors to this web site were the deciding factor. I could find no other brand ( i was looking at steiner's, kubota's and kioti's) with as many fiercely loyal and knowledgable owners as the PT. My 425 should be here thursday or friday, along with the grapple bucket, LM bucket, brush mower, 60" inch finish mower, forks, mini hoe and bar tires. After being sold on the PT I then used the web site to pick my implements. Many thanks to all of you who took the time to contribute to the web site. Your helps been invaluable.

I'm like you in that this forum is the reason I'm a PT owner... two and a half years and the only regret I have is that I didn't discover TBN sooner.

On the other hand, if I'd bought earlier my stump grinder wouldn't have replaceable teeth and wouldn't have been able to be reversed.

Congratulations and welcome to the PT forum. I'm new here myself and have been welcomed with open arms. These guys are the salt of the earth, humorous, kind, very smart and very good mechanics. I read this forum just about every day without missing and I always learn new things.

It needs to get here soon. In the last ten minutes my wife has said "I don't want to hear about your #?*## tractor anymore", and " are you on that tractor web site again?". I have several drainage projects I have to tackle, brush and firewood stuff, mowing, snow removal, and pond maintenance. I left out the blade in my first post, I've got it coming also. Wanted lots more but ran out of dollars. I burn a lot of wood in the winter and have been hand splitting...would like to run a splitter off the PT...a chipper would be real handy also. The "CEO" just pointed out 3 shrubs she wants gone "yesterday". Nothing like having the right tool for the job. Thanks for warm welcome.

Well, now that you ordered it we can tell you the truth. PTs are no good and we all hate ours, but misery loves company. So we lied.

Just kidding of course. Good luck with yours and I hope it arrives soon. It's tough to wait.
