Price Check ZD-21 Pricing?

I have been looking into getting something to cut roughly 4 acres, I have been going back and forth between CUT or a Zero radius mower. I have decided to go with the ZD-21, it seems to be the most comfortable one out there. Drove the green one and the red one and this one much more comfortable. Dealer quoted price of $9645 for ZD-21 with 60" deck, is this a good deal, seems a little high. Also, for the test drive I didn't spend a lot of time in the seat, has anyone here cut 4 or more acres with a ZD and if so can you comment on the ride, comfort and control of the machine.

We sell a lot of the ZD's and I can honestly tell you that you will easily reduce your mowing time by half if you were mowing with a rider or a CUT. If you are pricing the ZD21F60 (air tunnel deck), that price is a little high, but if you are pricing the ZD21F60P (pro deck) that is a good price.

Cajun,on 6/30 I was quoted $9450. on the ZD21/60" deck,and $9650. on the ZD 21/60" Pro deck.Only problem is Dealer can't come up with any units with the new Pro Decks.

He says they are in short supply and other dealers that have them,won't turn loose of them...I did find a dealer about an hour away that had just received 2 new units with Pro Decks,his price was $9850...firm....
