Zen-Noh 1600B

As someone that has never owned a tractor before I am looking at a Zen-Noh 1600B 4X4 with loader Reconditioned for $6800. I recently moved and have 2 acres and I will be extending my driveway and doing some clearing/landscaping. Anyhow my questions are 1. I am being told that this tractor is equivelant to a Kubota B8200DT and if so is this black market or being a "Zen-Noh" make it exempt from the Kubota court ruling. 2. Is this a fair price for this tractor. Thanks

1. Black market means illegal.
2. Zennoh/Kubota machines are flirting with the ruling, and what does it matter since Kubota USA dealers are under strict orders to not supply parts/service/information for any of the grey market Kubotas, whether labeled Kubota or anything else?
3. Have you gotten references, including some a year or older, from the seller? If not, how do you have any idea about them? The seller is at least as important as the tractor.
