Your machine is a Yanmar YMG2000. So, you need to use Yanmar approved fluids. With that said, Many of the 1970s thru the early 2000s compact tractors for John Deere are made by Yanmar too.
So, for the hydraulic fluid J20C. For the oil, depends on your climate region. Most Spring/Summer/Fall applications is 10W30. Very hot 90F+ SAE 30, Very cold for winter 5W30.
