Bill, Good to hear your divorce is final and your ex's stuff is out. Sounds like you have plenty of stuff to do for a while, take good care of the kittys
I can't imagine that kind of cold, especially if it's windy. Since you operate equipment, do you have to work out in it all day or do you have a cab?
The cold snap dropped us to the lower 20s F, but it gets up to 40 F on most days.
To be honest, I've no clue - just haven't priced what stuff would be mainland for years. Here is a list of the prices I just paid if anyone wants to compare:

I like that little spreadsheet you got there, mind if I ask how or is it an app??? Or something else???
I'm glad to hear the good news. Best wishes and drive safely.2013-01-15, 0500
25 degrees now...front porch is a bit icy, so I'll watch driving in today. It'll only be in the mid-20's as a high, but sunny.
Well, we signed the last of the paperwork for selling the house in PA. So have the buyers....it's up to them now and this deal should be closed in a week or two, but no later then 01 February.
As far as my shifty realtor...well, no contact at all and I reckon I'll let sleeping dogs lie, as long as the deal is completed.
Drive safely.40 degrees and raining at 0430.
I'm driving to State College PA today for meetings tomorrow.
Be well all.
David
