I'm looking for information on the subframe mounts for a backhoe for this tractor. I went to kubotabooks and downloaded a couple of the backhoe manuals to see how the mounts are made but have been unable to find a mount that looks like it will bolt to the tractor. If there is anyone here with a backhoe mounted to a b6100,b6200,b7100,b7200,b8200 etc I would appreciate any info you could give. Also does anyone know what backhoe model was used with this tractor?

Thanks

Got your PM, figured I'd post it all here for the future :) This is a b670 hoe on a b7100 tractor that has the b219 loader.

Basically the hoe has two long arms that mount to the loader cross member. There are two hoe-specific brackets that mount on the back of the tractor and the cross bar on the hoe sit in these brackets... sort of a 4-point mount.

Here is the hoe, you can see the arms:

The pads on the arms the mount under the loader crossmember:

The crossbar on the hoe:

The brackets on the tractor. I used to have to pull these off every time I took the hoe on or off but I found a longer pin on ebay and drilled hoes so the brackets can stay on full time. Makes changing the hoe almost as fast as changing an implement.

That little tab sticking out just fits between the hoe arms... acts as a spacer/alignment.

And a shot of the loader cross member, there is a hole behind the gusset that goes up towards the tractor.

If you already have the loader it shouldn't be that bad.... otherwise you would need to make the subframe etc.

Thanks guys those pics are exactly what I'm looking for. I was concerned about mounting to the gear housing but I guess if that what Kubota spec'd it must be strong. Those rear brackets look to be about the same thickness as the 3pt arm 1/2" or so. I have my snowblower completely disassembled, once I'm done with the rebuild on it I'll finally try to get the backhoe mounted. I have a midmount mower so I'll also have to try to work around those mounts too.

BTW in the b670 manual on kubotabooks it lists "RH Rear Hanger Weldment" and "LH Rear Hanger Weldment" on the last page, which I would assume are those brackets. Tractorsmart has them for $42 each.

I check with Tractorsmart they said they don't have them and can't get them anymore, so I guess I'm back to making them again. At least I know where the mounts are and what the original product looked like.
Thanks Again.

Just came across this discussion from a couple years ago and am also in need of these brackets. If anyone has the dimensions to the brackets, would be very interested in them to create my own. I have also had no luck in locating them and need them desperately. Thanks ahead of time.
