    2810 Fuel cutoff solenoid

OK, I'm now if this boat also. My ignition switch has gone nuts--still works to crank, but once cranked gauges work, stop working, battery light comes on, goes off and gauges start working again, ad infinitum. So, a new switch is on the way. My question goes to the fuel shut off solenoid. It...

    Thank you. :)

    2810 shut-off solenoid

Howdy. In your diagram it is part #26. It is a mid 2000s model. :)

    2810 shut-off solenoid

Howdy folks. It appears my shutoff solenoid is kaput. I tried a generic diesel tractor part and it quickly cooked. Any ideas or know where a Branson part might be had or any specifics for replacing with a generic? Thanks in advance.

    Just another new tractor

Well howdy. Yep, I'm that guy. :)

3-Point Hitch  Lift or Level Arm stuck

Given that I generally call the parts of my tractor either the wrong thing (or the "old school" term) hopefully I can point to the correct thing. :confused2: My Branson is a 2810 (tough little tractor) and what I called the levelling arm on the three point appears to be stuck as all get out...

    temperature sending unit

Howdy folks--anybody know of a temperature sending unit that will fit a Branson 2810? Yes, I already know I can order one from Branson for a small fortune, but if another more "available" unit will fit, I'd like to give that a try.

    Thermostat (maybe) and tachometer

Howdy folks, I thought I would run this by the Branson gang here since almost ALL of you have more mechanical experience/ability than I do. I tend toward horses and woodworking. :confused2: I've noticed a couple of things that I am "fixing to tackle" on my 2810. First, my temperature gauge...

    Tachometer

I posted this about a year back, but didn't get an answer and then just got too busy to worry about it--anyhow, my 2810 works great but my tachometer seems to have given up the ghost and I don't find a wiring diagram for it. Any ideas anybody? Is there a fuse for it, perhaps a loose plug...

    Branson Tachs, electrical or mechanical?

Anybody know off the top of your head if a Branson 2810 is electrical for the tach? I'm assuming so but don't have my manual (or tractor) handy.

Oil & Fuel  Starting after running empty

Well howdy. I could use some of the expert help we have handy. My tractor is the 2810 and most of us have changed out at least ONE diesel tank already since despite making a whale of a tough and effective little tractor Branson's plastic tanks/reservoirs leave a bunch to be desired. The tanks...

    Smoking and dying

OK, a quick question. I pride myself on knowing essentially nothing about diesel engines (bad upbringing) so here is what ought to be a simple question (maybe). My Branson 2810 cranks, runs smoothly, then begins to smoke and will die, particularly if you put some stress on the engine (engage...

    Leaking diesel (fuel tank)

Well it took a while but I do now my first problem with my 2810 Branson...I had a major diesel leak which a quick peek and a fast assumption made me figure it was the huge 1 7/8 inch transfer line from one tank to the other. So, I changed it out (which by the way should have been easy but was a...

    Branson's FEL and Quick Release

Howdy gang. My Branson has the BL10-A quick release, which isn't compatible with the skid steer. Very easy to use, one quick handle, etc. but the Branson prices on some attachments are a bit pricey (over 500.00 for a bale spear). I had a local welder frabricate one for me (very heavy duty) for...

    A new Branson owner

Howdy--put my "new" Branson 2810 to work today and it performs very well. So far, I'm very pleased with it--smooth running, solid, powerful. I agree with some of the comments on the shuttle shift--it does take some "effort", but all else seems to work well. :D
