Found a water leak in my 3520 cab - rear glass just above the wiper motor. The glass curves in that area and the radius does not allow the glass to contact the gasket around the glass opening. Any one have a similar concern and how did you resolve it? Thanks

The front/mid-rear/rear PTO selector lever has always been extremely difficult to move from one position to another. Its so bad is almost bends the lever and moves the entire lever assembly to the right of the driver set. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
