TC-29 Starter problem. anyone try the aftermarket ones.

Lately it just clicks when turning the key. I can cycle back and forth with the key and it will eventually start. I believe its the solenoid. The cost of a new solenoid alone is twice the cost of this unit Amazon.com: STARTER MOTOR NEW HOLLAND TRACTOR TC29 TC29D TC29DA SBA185086551...

    TC29D Temperature Issues

This summer I noticed the temp was fluctuating oddly. As if the thermostat was stuck open. Found a post from Mr. jinman http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/new-holland-buying-pricing/134391-n-h-tc35-3.html#post1573609. Cut the tab off the thermostat as suggested and parked it til this weekend...

    TC-29 Just died

I started the 29 to plow some snow (she sits out) and about five minutes later she sputtered and died. After some futile cranking attempts, I checked the fuel site bowl and it was empty! The gauge showed a half tank. I disconnected the hose from the inlet side of the bowl assembly and no...

Hello Members, Need to do the 50 hr service soon. Have an 03 29. Any pitfalls or suggestions? I see the part nos. have changed for other models, is this the case with the 29. Does anyone have the proper nos. handy? Should I fill the filters (hyd, fuel) before putting back on? Thanks in...
