    M9540 Seat

The seat on my 2007 Kubota M9540 needs replacing. Would a "universal seat" like Tractor Supply has bolt on like the orginal one? And will it last as long? The orginal one has been on there since it was new.

    3 point trailer mover

One of the handiest things to have. I built one (the green one) out of what I had laying around, whichs was 4"x4"x 1/4" square stock and some 1/2" and 3/4" plate. Really too heavy, I just wish I would have made it QH compatible. I recenlty added removeable silver hay spikes to the one I...

Recently bought a 2006 F350 Lariat CC SRW LWB FX4 with 3.73 rear end that had 131k miles from a friend of the family for a farm truck/family hauler. I had it checked out by a ford mechanic friend before I bought it and he didn't find anything wrong. What mpg are others getting with similar...

    Spreader and disc

Anyone use 3 point broadcast spreader and pull type disc together to plant ryegrass in one pass? I know the spreader will spread seed about 25 ft and disc is 12 ft wide. I would normally set spreader at 40 lbs per acre. In theory I should set spreader at 20 lbs per acre but since I'm doubling...

    Quick Hitch with Gooseneck ball

Has anyone mounted a gooseneck ball to the their quick hitch? I have a 3PH trailer mover with a gooseneck ball on it. I was thinking about mounting a gooseneck to the quick hitch that would be out of the way of implements and have the trailer hooked 10" closer to the tractor. Any ideas?

Would like to install 2 forward LEDs and 1 rear LED to my Kubota M9540 ROPS. Question #1 is which light?? I am leaning towards the 18w or 27w LEDs. Question #2...spot or flood light?? 3pt Hitch Adapter

I assume your 1/4" flat bar is where I drew the black rectangles? I considered add some 1.5" by 1/4" square tubing under the bucket level indicators for added strength because I was planning on welding the grab hooks near the bucket level indicators instead of on the end like you did. What do...

    Batwing Blade Sharpening

How do you sharpen blades? Do you take them off or sharpen while still on the bushhog? I've tried both, just curious how others do it. Also, how do you get to the center blades? The way I do it is probably not the safest, but I put blocks of wood behind the batwings wheels and then pick up...

    Additional Tractor Work Light Ideas

Would like to add 2 work lights pointing forward and 1 or 2 pointing rearward to my Kubota M9540 under my canopy to my ROPS.
