    Ck weird electrical.

My CK27 has 80 hours and has run flawlessly for the year and a half I've had it. I just noticed 2 weird electrical things. 1) headlight switch. In the off position the lights are on. Key or no key. In position 1 they are off and in position 2 they are on. 2) glow plug light does not...

Added side mirrors to my Kioti.

I have a very small lot and my tractor is mainly used for working my 6000 sq' of garden. Naturally I have lots of backing up to do. I almost go in reverse as much as forward. I wanted to add side mirrors so this is what I came up with. 1987-95 jeep mirrors from eBay, $15. I then...

Loader  CK series loader control. Has anyone modified it?

It might just be me because I am a big horse but I find the loader joystick makes it near impossible to mount or dismount from the right side. This is the side that is easier for me to use when getting the tractor out of the garage. Has anyone modified the joystick to get it a little closer...

Alright. I screwd it up good now.

Ill make it short. No pun intended. Putting 2 led flood lights on my ck27. All wired up. Turned them on for the first time. Nothing. The + wire was rather hot. I figured must be a bad ground. Go to turn the key on and now the cluster is dead. Tractor won't turn over. Checked...

    Electrical help.

Hey guys. I just picked up a couple led flood lights that I will mount to my rops. I was inspired by another poster here on TBN. I'm gonna make it so they can be pivoted to face front or back. I purchased a "lighted" switch that I will mount in the panel somewhere. I would have to...

Side view mirrors for Kioti CK

Hey guys. I have a tiny property that results in me needing to make tight turns and reverse quite often. Side view mirrors would make life so much easier. I have been scouring the Internet looking for a good set that would be easily adapted to my tractor. The ideal anchor point on my ck...

Loader  Ck27 loader capacity. Lifting a giant pumpkin.

I went to weigh one of my giant pumpkins. Curled bucket back as far as it could go. Hooked crane scale up and proceeded to lift pumpkin. Scale went to 900lbs and I had no lift past that. Pumpkin was likely around 1000lbs. I thought my loader capacity was 1150? Wtf? Chris

Oil & Fuel  50 hrs is coming up fast. Flush???

My CK27Hst will be at 50 hours in may. I have not decided to have the dealer do the service or just do it myself. Truth is, I'm a handy guy but not very experienced with engines. It is important to me that I properly learn how to maintain this machine. I have decided to use Amsoil...

    Ck27hst, r4's and tiller.

I am planning to drive down to the States and pick up a KK2 60" tiller this week. I just measured my CK27 and it is about 62" wide with the R4 tires. I don't think the KK2 has an adjustable offset. So I may have to cut/modify/weld the 60" unit to have a 6" offset. Or buy the 72" which, by...

    Ck27 fel control

Ok, so I'm not totally useless. :-) You guys have really helped me out by letting me know what parts to use. I picked up the stuff today and it went together in a snap. I put a flow control on as well and I can really control the ram speed well. At first I thought the hoses were a bit long...

    Widening stance??

    Please scrutinize my welds.

So I haven't done welding of any sort for 25 years and had never done arc welding of any kind. A month ago I picked up a Lincoln 180 and a tank of c25. I watched a million videos online and dove in. So far I have used up about 4 lbs of .030 MIG wire. That is my entire mig experience. I...

    8 seconds. :-)

My ck27 manual says the glow plugs heat for 8 seconds and that if the engine is warm I can turn the key over at any time during that 8 seconds. Since I keep my shop heated all the time to 18c do I need to let the glow plugs warm up or can I just turn it over right away? Thanks.

    Tire ballast 911

So I picked up everything I need to add ballast to my ck27 rear tires. I jacked up the back end so that I could see a tiny bit of daylight under the tires. I bled the air out slowly and hooked up the adapter to the valve stem. Started pumping fluid in one tire and noticed it was coming out...
