FEL on bx isn't heavy! it can be moved around.

I just realized that my FEL isn't heavy at all! I have always used the hydrolics to unhook it and used the legs on it to hold it upright, so I never knew I have a ton of other places I can move the thing. I blew a hydrolic line so I had to unhook it in the middle of my garage, not at all a good...

using MMM with out lowering 3 pt hitch arms

Is there a way to use the mid mount mower on my bx2200 with out lowering the 3 pt hitch arms? It is a bit frusterating to have those arms hang so low to the ground, When I back up I end up running them into the bank, or other things when I am in tight spots.

    converting ROPS to foldable

has any one converted their rigid ROPS to the foldable ones ? I am well aware of the fact that it voids the warantee, and that it is a safety issue. 99% of the time that I am on my machine there is absolutely no chance of a roll over, but there is a 99% chance that the ROPS is getting in the way...

Mowing  How sharp do mower blades have to be...really.

I know it sounds basic, but how sharp do mower blades need to be? I have done them as if I was sharpening an axe. I was recently discussing with my brother, and he finishes his off with a squared leading edge, not much, mabe 1/16th of an inch flattened on the cutting edge. I know they need to be...

I have noticed that my FEL bucket is bent on the cutting edge, the center touches the ground before the sides. Oil & Fuel  front differential oil level?

I have recently been told that I should check oil level in the front end by not screwing in the cap with the dip stick, and I should just set it down in the hole, but don't screw it in. It seems to me that this would cause me to over fill. If this is right I have been running too little oil, I...

how tight should 3pt attachments be?

I have been wondering if I need to have 3pt attachments pins socked in tight to the draw bars, or should there be some gap so it can move slightly right to left. I have been using them tight, and I assumed that the "eyeballs" compensated for angles when raising and lowering, mabe I am wrong ...
