My old Agway hand pump always works..granted if my machines take 4gal they only have 1gal left in the tank at most. A hand pump has worked well for me. I have even pumped two 55gal drums with this pump one after another. I wish i had an electric one for that job but never really do that much.

Between cars, snowsleds, lawn mowers, and the 8N I pumped a lot of gas through one of those from my father's bulk tank when I was a kid.I didn't realize until I bought my own vehicle that gas cost money.

I've been leaning toward a hand pump because I only use about 5 gallons at a time.
