I have a bearcat and it works really well. I have a 2305 with 18 pto hp and it will chip anything i put in the chute, just sometimes cant chip long lengths as you get some bogging and have to wait for the drum to empty out a bit. I got it used (owner said about 10 hrs on it) for about $2000. It has a 125 lb rotor on it so it has plenty of umph when you put a big limb in there. The only thing i dont like about it is the legs that hold up the chipper. They are a little light for something that weighs 500 lbs.
