I own a Mahindra 3616 with the 116sk loader, I seen a used set of Titan pallet forks for sale in the local classifieds, 2000lb 42" forks, will these fit on the 116 loader.

Your loader and the forks both need to have the same attachment option, either quick attach, normally SSQA, or pin on. If they do the forks should fit. Changing between implements with a pin on loader was a pain so I switched my loader over to SSQA. Here is the thread.

quick attach and pin on are 2 different things, and there are like 4 different quick attach systems, john deere, skid steer, toro (which is a narrow skid steer i believe) and the euro quick attach. The most common type is the skid steer.
