That is a nice 8N!!! One of our neighbors had one exactly like yours, and when I was a kid he paid me five bucks to install a cigarette lighter on it. Those were a very handy tractor with the three-point hitch and all. We ran all John Deere two-cylinders at the time and of course they would pull the 8N sideways, but it was a good tractor for zipping around and maybe raking hay. TELL ME that you don't have a chrome intake pipe on that tractor! That's as bad as my "Full Race Case" that I had in the sixties. It was a 1947 Case VAI with a big chrome exhaust stack. I have a John Deere Model A now; one of the last ones built in 1952. It's a MODERN tractor compared to the JDs I grew up on. This one is electric start and has HYDRAULICS! Good job!
