OK, so simple act of removing outer wheel solves that.
Then I guess the fender flares are a clearance issue.

Now I remember why I want an SRW, but I can get a heck of a deal on this DRW

Might be as simple as that.

You can always put the duals and fenders back on and probably sell it for what you have into it if it doesn't suit your needs.

Or 6 studded snow tires may put me on a similar footing as a SRW with 4 regular snow tires.
I wouldn’t remove fender flares. No way. I’ll just crack them on trees like everyone else. :ROFLMAO:

This is what one of my neighbors used to do for winter. Truck looked kind of funny though....

Was it also 4WD?
Yes. I did not have snow tires on it but doubt that would have made it much better.

I recently did the first plowing with a 2007 F250 and Western MVP I got a few weeks ago and it was much better. Still not 'perfect'. I added a cord of wood in the bed and will see how it goes next time.

I briefly had a 2WD dually and got stuck once on flat ground covered in wet grass. Never took that thing off of pavement or gravel after that lol

Damn….that figures.
Only in my world could I find a nice, unrusted dually diesel for less than SRWs with issues…..

Is it cheap enough to buy it and swap the bed for a SRW bed and rims?
