Super Bright LEDs LED Lights, Bulbs, and Accessories

Found this interesting site. You can buy the components and build from the ground up as well as some pre assembled components, or complete units.

The great thing about this site is, they have several calculators to plug data into and give you the specs of what you need to build the project. Some of the input data is new to me, but each of their components have all the data listed, so it is almost like a "dummies guide".

Prices seems reasonable as well. If I go this route, I'll post the results

plus.. hit a truck stop.. plenty of low current 12v LED amber and red lamp assemblies.. that and a digital blinker assembly ( not a bi-metalic strip type ).. and you can have steady or blinking lamps... CHEAP

UPDATE:

I recently noticed that the amber flashers did not work. Upon inspection, I saw that the batteries had leaked and corroded the inside, ruining the lights.

It's kinda of strange that this only happened to the amber flashers and not the red ones. The both got about the same amount of use and had the same batteries installed in them...

if you are lucky you can clean them up and get them to work again.
