Lots of the snowblower gurus suggest the tractor supply graphite spray paint. If you've got deep pockets, the aforementioned uhmw poly, otherwise known as "slicksheet" is quite possibly the best option there is. You're gonna pay for it, though.
Not that I use it often anymore, but I had plans to sand out the whole inside of my 6' blower and use self etching primer, top coat of graphite paint. Then I got a company truck, and prefer to plow the driveway with my pup sitting in the seat next to me listening to my tunes with heat.
