I concur that the SLIME should do the job. You can also get it at Home Depot or Lowes. If you do choose to take the wheel off and have it repaired at a tire place, take AMR's adive and use a cheater bar on the end of the socket wrench. Those lugs are on pretty tight from the dealer.

The plug kit came from Wal-Mart, picked it up in the automotive section, it is two piece, T-handle, one is pointed, sorta looks like a round file to clean the hole, the other T-handle has a slot in the end to hold and insert the plug after you clean the hole. The kit comes with all the parts and instructions, simple to use, don't have to take the nuts loose.

An impact wrench is definitely the best tool for that job. I assume you don't have an air compressor, so get an electric one. Harbor Freight sells then real cheap.
