Can't shift case intenational 485 while moving using clutch?

/ Can't shift case intenational 485 while moving using clutch? #11
Standard tractor operating procedure is to fully stop before making clutch-and-gear, gear changes.
And the 485 (like its smaller sibling the 385) should have a synchronized transmission, a power shift transmission, or a power shuttle transmission.
If it has the 8 speed "Syncromesh" transmission (with shifts within forward ranges synchronized), you should only need to stop for a High/Low shift.
hayesy, how many speeds does your transmission have? Does it have a shuttle to choose foward/reverse?
