115 Fourstroke 261 hours. Completely serviced. Oil looked like it was in a diesel truck. Lower unit had no shavings.

I think we got the deal of the century on a Club Car Gas Golf Car. We added a rear seat and LED lighting.
2023 and it was not stolen. All in at less than $5K. It was a crazy deal. New I think it was over 11K. I am the 3rd owner in 4 months after it was purchased. 1st guy died. 2nd owner bought it at an estate auction for $8600. Sold his golf community house. Came back to Va and then tried to sell it for $6500 then went to $4000 and still I was the only one to actually show up! Everyone wanted a lift kit, tires and a backseat and fancy paint.

Like the integrated light bar, and really like that the rear seat converts into a truck bed.

It was as slow as a turtle until I watched a YouTube video and using a tie wrap on the governor it now runs over 20. I need to GPS it. It could go even faster but I don’t want to hit the Rev limiter.

I use Extinguish fire ant bait, takes a little while to work but will kill them. I walk around with a sealed cup of it and treat mounds that popup near my yard... city property mainly.

I had to go to 3 stores to find fire ant killer. It seemed to work pretty good. It was a fine powder and they said to apply it like a powdered donut.

Brought the bush hog home. It is beat and needs to be refurbished. I delivered 2 6x6x24’ to start the next project. I am adding another metal carport this winter. This will be my base.

I am also going to pour concrete as my last project of 2023.

Dug out the pad.Looks like the carport will be 18’ wide by 25’ deep.

Fun day. I had no idea that the ground was so hard in that part of the yard.
9" auger to start and get depth. 12" to finish and open up the hole. One side done, hope to do the other side next weekend.
