Problem solved!!! Bad connection on the ground. With the glowplugs working properly, she fired right up. Good thing, it's 15 degrees out and we've gotten 27 inched of snow in the last 3 days. Thanks for all the advise.

My barn is 200 ft from my house. I always figuire I will plug in the tractor in the morning but I never get to it. Friday night it started slow and I think the hydraulics never really warmed up. So Sat night in prep for Sunday morning I plugged it in and let the heater run all night. Not only did the tractor start after 1/2 a crank but the hydraulics were warm as well. Overnight heat for me from now on.
