Unfortunately it does not help. I have been on that site before. My data plate is not where it is supposed to be and I am not sure where else to look.

I'd say its a 1965, or 1966 since it looks like it had a generator originally.

Its a Deluxe model with a remote. Does your lights work? Dash lights?

It's definitely before a '67 as the air cleaner was "switched" to horizontal from a vertical stance in '67...also you can see on the dash that the letters for "generator" are present...just my $.02. Good luck.. BobG in VA

Look on the bottom of the oil pan nearer to the front axle for the casting date. It will give you an idea.

I have an old MF 135, 3 cyl diesel. The data plate with the VIN is not where it should be. By the steering column. I am still trying to find out what year it is so I can find a wiring diagram for it. Can anyone help me out just by looking at the picture. View attachment 440550

The S/N plate on my 1964 MF135 diesel was on the right hand side of the battery tray. I had to remove the air filter canister so see it.

On my 2135 Industrial (basically a 135) the plate was on the left hand side below the battery.
