$550 is a good price for the Woods model. My local dealer gave me a quote of $750 with a 9" auger ($800 w/12").

I just bought the same PHD off e-bay. It should be here in a day or so. Thanks for the picture. It helps to see the way things mate up. Did you have to adjust/cut the pto shaft to fit?
