Looking at a JD 3320 with 300cx and 485 backhoe

I hope its like the one they showed me. I don't really want to screw with taking it off every time.

I hope the dealer showed you the right one as well. Don't sweat though, it's a simple lift that takes 2 seconds. Like I said, how many times are you really going to lift the hood up? You can check the oil without opening the hood and I only open the the hood maybe once a month because most everything is in a plain sight anyway.

Man, bad news today. The trucking company brought the backhoe. Luckily, they didn't have the tractor. The dealer said the backhoe looked like it was dropped from a plane. It was bent, paint blown off all over and leaking out of every hose. They really messed it up. He said they had to order a new one. Bummer. Oh well, it will be cool again soon. I won't use it much in this heat anyway.
