If you use the tractor to push trees and brush it is very easy to take damage. I have had several cases of damage such as Front guard bent, hood corner pushed in several inches, fuel tank damage and related brackets and skid plate and recently a large wood stump fell off the FEL while moving and did some damage to the loader valve mounting. Protection with better front guard and heavy skid plates can be a good investment for sure. In my case there is is 1000 dollar deductible for claims so most of the damage was borderline and one claim was 4000 dollars. In all cases I was able to fix it and pocket money from the one claim that exceeded the deductible. Attached is a picture of the hood damage repair
