Re: Pat\'s Easy Change System - Order Online!
I was thinking of buying a quick hitch for my JD2210, but like some of you, my various brands of implements have different pin widths. I saw this thread posted an ordered on the spot! However, after going to Pat's website I noticed the specs and it said that you needed a minimum of 4" on the end of your link bars. Well, out to the barn I go at 11:00pm to measure the ends. They are just 4". OK, so maybe they'll work, maybe not. The next morning I called the number recieved on my order conformation. I was talking to a nice lady who was on her way to work and had no idea what I was talking about, but assured me that she would find out if they would work with my tractor and call me back. It might have been an hour or so later she called me back and said that they would and they would be shipped that day. Three days later they showed up and I looked at my new toys, good quality and very well thought out pieces. Due to other obligations I finally got a chance to install and try them out. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service from the folks at Pat's. As an added benefit for me the extra length on the arms helps to lift my bush hog a little higher, good for small CUT owners like myself.
Just thought I'd throw this out there as it is my opinion that good products and good service should be noted. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
