Its called Climate Engineering - Fake weather = chemically nucleated snow storms

Like the "fake" stuff you're gonna see tonight and tomorrow?...they calling for up to a couple of inches tonight and freezing rain on top tomorrow AM...over in Rabun anyway...

No idea what its called or where it comes from, but sick of seeing it for the last 65 years
