I've got a mile long gravel driveway. I've reversed my back blade when the driveway is still "soft" and it works pretty well with new and/or fluffy snow. I use a Rhino 950 - 8 foot - 1000# rear blade. So even when reversed its got pretty healthy down pressure due to its weight.

If I don't wait until the driveway is rock hard or reverse the rear blade - all new adventure in driveway gravel reconstruction.
