My phone wouldn't cooperate , as I tried to get a pic of an RV in the walmart parking lot this morning. It was a 34ft, +-; the reciever hitch had a rack big enough for 2 ATVs; but attached behind that they were towing a small vehicle the size of a Ford Escape. Yet they only need a Class C license to drive this?

I'm back. :)
Class C is a generic license in this state; pass the test in a "Mini" and you can drive nearly any noncommercial vehicle.

The rig I described is 1 step below "Piggybacking".

It just jolted me a little.
