Yep, push the joystick all the way forward and the boom floats. Digging angle is the curl function, tilt is aux hydraulics slide switch on the joystick.
That is a 3 point to SSQA adapter on the boxblade

thats nice i like the tilt feature Would be really slick if the box blade could be turned around like a snow pusher
I guess when i think about the physics involved what your saying makes perfect sense. Thats a very interesting contraption you have therePushing with a box blade On a FEL doesn't work well, unless it is loose dirt. Pulling backwards with the arms in float and using curl to change the digging or dragging angle of the box blade does work well.
That is the way it works on this machine, but it is front wheel drive, so a rear drive or 4WD might be different.
