When you remove the hoe and change to the three point, there is a knob directly below the front of the seat and a small lever behind the seat on the right side.
The knob under the front controlls how fast the lift goes back down - if it is closed, the lift arms won't go down - yeah, I had to get the manual out for that one....
The lever behind the seat changes the hydraulic from "hoe" to "three point" control - don't remember which way is which as the decals are still intact and I just put them in the position that says for whichever I am using......yeah, I'm old and my "rememery" is almost full so since the instructions are right in front of me when I am changing it......
