What implement for creating furrows?

I'll chime in here even though this thread is starting to get a bit "long in the tooth". I'm thinking that a small plow moldboard would work well behind each end of the roto tiller for raised beds. Would need a pair of right and left handed moldboards which would need to be salvaged off an old roll over or reversible type plow.

With that said, the video of the guy who built his attachment using trailer house i-beams looks interesting and effective.
