What removes acrylic paint

I bought 28 for $800 delivered. None free around my area.

There is no practical way to clean the paint off. You will need to buy a "clean" one.

Most compact tractors will not be able to lift one full of water so be careful.

Or get one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Bag-Gallon-P...ords=water+bladder+tank&qid=1573594611&sr=8-9

Remove old plastic bin and replace it with a bladder. The one above will weigh over 800 lbs when full and more in line with what a compact FEL can lift.

I'd say a lot depends what you plan to use it for.
If for non consumables the appropriate paint remover sloshed around should do an acceptable job.
Adequate rinsing to follow.
Otherwise shop for 'food grade' at probably a premium.

I was wondering if they made ones much smaller, with that same cage configuration, but don't think so. Throw one in the back of a utility vehicle and drive around with a wand, watering new trees and bushes. Have it pressurized with an air pig and regulaor. 1000 litre is too big.

Yes I believe so, but the ones I have seen have been used for chemicals that contain a portion of it's makeup that has Cr+6 in it . . . not that hard to change/clean.
