I got a used "H" beam from our county bridge department for mine. ~~ grnspot

An extremely twist resistant beam can be made by splitting a 3 inch pipe and welding it back together on the web of the beam.

[Short Game]

I didn't know what I was doing so I used a 4X4X1/4 square tube with a six inch piece of 5X5X1/4 as the slide. I put four blobs of bronze on the top and bottom insides of the slide and two on the sides and ground them until the slide fit the four inch tube.
