This is just an ignorant personal attack and really not appropriate for TBN. Send a personal message if you like but let's not trash talk in public.

True. Although I slipped a couple times, i agree that keeping this factual is important. This is a volatile topic, so truth and fact are key.

It is funny to see I'm sure, but it wouldn't be as funny if your cash was "out there" and you hadn't been warned.

Well the story isn't that funny, but it leaves a lot of openings for jokesters.

In our economic climate it's sad to see anything where everyone isn't pulling together to make commerce happen. We need to fry bigger fish or we're all goin down the tubes, generally speaking..
Hope you and Gator can work this out.

Anyone wanna talk about snowblowers, or transmissions??? Flail mowers maybe??

I know nothing at all about the people who bought Markham Welding, but I will say this. Markham sold me an excellent toothbar for my BX a number of years ago for the outstanding price of $150. The Markhams were a delight to deal with; the item was shipped promptly, and they made special arrangements regarding the delivery to suit my needs. It has functioned perfectly for the 7 or so years I have had it. Melissa Markham not only had that slow, soft, sweet, southern drawl, but also spoke with the kindest spirit one could imagine. Kindness, honesty, sincerity, and integrity simply radiated in her voice. Our community here suffers a loss with the Markhams no longer serving us with their business. Hats off to some real quality people and my very best wishes to them for happiness and better conditions in their future. If you ever start a new business, post on this board to let us know. You will certainly have my patronage.

Good Morning. Just a quick note to let EVERYONE know we have read ALL the post. We are still here and still kicking. Reguardless of what, when, where or how each side has been presented. We are Gator Attachments. We do offer a quality product. We are doing a great business! (two months of record sales by the way!!!!! with lots of satisfied cutomers).

I (WE) are making a choice here to not get in the back and forth. It has become very personal on here and I apolozize for any part I (Julie) might have had in opening that can of worms. I do not or have not ever met Melissa or Alan to my knowledge and am sorry for their ....hum...luck, bad decisions whatever you want to call it and I do feel for anyone that is unemployed as I was before being offered a job here. Tthis is now my place of employment and as I have stated many times I am learning. By the way, thanks to all of you who have sent me a PM and offered help! Please keep it coming!

Jeremy. We did offer a refund becasue this had all went to far before it was even aired here and honestly we just wanted you to be happy. Since then you requested we try to fix our mistake one more time, which we are up to but we are a little gun shy that if we cannot rise above the expectation you have set here what lash back we will then recieve.

To this entire forum. We are taking the higher road and this will be out last post concerning this "can of worms" as we all have been calling it. If there are issues that anyone would like to discuss we have private message just as you do or feel free to call us. We are going to choose to not air our or anyone else personal life on here. Business is business and it really should not reflect the character of people you do not really know.

Happy Holidays to Everyone....Lets remember the reason for the season!

Thanks for listening!

Good Morning Julie, see below.

Again Julie, self-declared flattery carries little weight.

This is untrue. This message is itself evidence of your involvement in the 'back and forth'. The "....hum....luck" comment speaks clearly to this. You may have dialed it down some from the "wow Jer, got some anger management issues" comment, but you're still going strong. You're just using the F-117 now instead of roaring in with the F-4's.

You'll recall that I was one of the ones that offered help about 2 months ago - I've received no requests from anyone at Gator for help.

Jeremy. We did offer a refund becasue this had all went to far before it was even aired here and honestly we just wanted you to be happy. Since then you requested we try to fix our mistake one more time, which we are up to but we are a little gun shy that if we cannot rise above the expectation you have set here what lash back we will then recieve.

I still don't 'buy' this Julie, sorry. You didn't offer a refund after you received my email. You didn't respond at all until this was 'aired'. This is exactly the type of inconsistency in your story that many here on TBN are picking up on.

My expectation for the fabrication of the 3pt attachment should not cause you to be gun-shy. All I ask regarding this are 2 things:

1. That it fits.

2. That it is built to the specs that I requested, verbally and on a sketch, such that it is useful for moving tongue type trailers.

These are not unreasonable requests, and in fact re: point 2, I'll bet that some businesses might even thank me for suggesting the placement of 2 balls instead of just 1 to allow 2" trailers to be moved with a FEL as well as 2 5/16".

My expectations that I laid out earlier that you will apologize for your grossly misleading statements, and your inability to respond to emails and phone messages are tough to meet, as it requires introspection and humility. You can choose to handle this how you'd like.

I'm also adding that I would like to see responses, on TBN, to Melissa's comments about the grade of steel that you're using, the types of hydraulic disconnects you're using, and the types of cylinders that you're using.

There are many points that everyone deserves to know. The only PM'ing or phone calls I will be making will relate only to dealings with Gator and myself. In that vein, I insist that we communicate via email only to ensure that there is a record of what is said and agreed to.

Take care,

-Jer.

Hey Jer, What do you think about sharing your drawing and a photo of the product?

Hey Julie-Gator girl, What additional information do you need to make it correctly? Is there something missing from the drawing or does something need clarifying? Perhaps one of the fabricators could chime in on what is needed.

If it was me that had this happen, I would be satisfied if I got the correct functional attachment, a full refund, and a written apology for the snafu documented here.

Lessons learned, custom fab is not so easy long distance without complete understanding.

Sure I can, when I get to my laptop later.

I'd be content with that resolution.

I understand the difficulties of fab'ing long distance, etc, and was patient and accepting of those issues. What i am not, and will not be, accepting of is the sketchy behaviour and storytelling.

Get you pics later. Nice use of SNAFU!!
