The entire thread should just be deleted - there is nothing worthy in it.
When a company is bought it should be done with due diligence and full paperwork. IMO, former owners should not be retained for more then 1 day. As the old owner, it is very difficult to give up the reins. Employees in the business are not sure who to turn to, and if they don't like one answer, they may go to the other source. It's just a bad situation that spirals down.
And customer issues are best done by phone or email, not in a public forum. There is nothing to be gained by either party.
