3PH lower lift arm quick attach hook - where can one obtain one?

Does someone know if a 3PH lift arm hook, like in the photo below, is made for a Kubota? If made, where can it be purchased?

This would be for a M7060 CAT 2 telescoping hitch.

Also, if anyone knows where a weldable hook can be obtained, I can easily machine the "telescoping" part.

Pats quick hitch is okay but I was looking for something that uses the spheres which allow room for rotation (please see my first post's attached photo). I also don't want an I-Match (or similar) quick hitch as some of my equipment doesn't quite match up to the I-match CAT 2 specification measurements.

Agristore USA is one of my suppliers and often refer potential customers to me for things that they don't actually stock, but I do. If you were to look at their site, they have only a single one of those hooks in stock. Their parent company is based in Europe and is where all of my components that I get from them come from.
