This is the second model 50 I've owned. I personally believe it is the perfect mix of size to power for a small farm (my buddies like the model 35 more so I had to be different, lol).

Pros: No computerized stuff!
Cons: Finding reasonably priced parts compared to the model 35.

New Old Tractor
Model Year: 0

Just traded up from 1950 Ford 8N to a 1962 MF50 with the Perkins diesel. I used tractor for mowing pasture. This tractor has a lot more power.

Pros: Diesel.
Cons: Don't know much about the mechanics of this tractor.

Model Year: 1957

Not a bad old tractor. Needed something to keep me busy.

Pros: Loader and Bushog works.
Cons: Old.
