We don't know which model Jinma you have, but most have hand primer pump mounted on the injector pump along with a bleed screw on the head of the pump. on may 200 series, there is a metal ring in the bleed screw, on others it will just be a slotted screw near where the metal lines come out of the top of the injector pump. Unscrew the primer pump till it pops up and open the valve, pump till you get fuel out the bleeder. If no fuel, you will have to find the problem with supply to the pump. If fuel at bleeder, then crack open the hex nuts on teh metal line where it attaches to the injector. crank engine looking for fuel. If no fuel, be sure stop lever on pump is in the run position. if so, you have a inj pump problem. If you have fuel, re-tighten the lines and hopefully start the engine. This is the procedure if you run out of fuel as well...
